GreenCycle Tech is a recycling company focusing on processing post-industrial and post-consumer plastic waste. With increasing volume of bulky plastic materials such as pipes, containers, and thick-walled parts, the customer required a shredding solution capable of handling large-size materials and preparing them for downstream processing.

After evaluating material types and capacity requirements, a double shaft shredder was selected to improve size reduction efficiency and ensure stable feeding for the next processing stage.

Feeding and Hopper Design

The hopper size was customized according to the customer’s material dimensions, allowing easy loading of large plastic parts and improving feeding efficiency.

Drive System

A reliable drive system with appropriate torque configuration was selected to handle heavy-duty materials. The system supports stable operation under continuous load conditions.

Discharge and Size Control

The shredder is equipped with a screen system to control output size. Materials that do not meet size requirements are further processed inside the chamber, ensuring consistent results.
